Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice may have left theaters, but it is still causing headaches for Warner Bros. The studio has been rethinking its approach to the DC Extended Universe in the wake of the movie’s perceived failure, with Geoff Johns put in charge of the DCEU and producer Charles Roven removed from his involvement with it.
The problems extend to the movie’s stars as well, with Ben Affleck reportedly “humiliated” with Batman V Superman‘s performance. While previously none of the movie’s stars had gone so far as to badmouth it in public, that is no longer the case as one of Affleck’s costars has stepped forward to give his unflattering opinion.
